Jeff joined OneBeacon Government Risks in February 2007 as Vice President of Business Development.  In February 2010, he was appointed President.  With more than 22 years of experience in the industry, Jeff has previously worked in various capacities at national carriers such as Travelers, St Paul, Willis and Federated Insurance.  Jeff believes the definition of a business' success is the sum of relationships developed through superior service and open communication.

Dennis Molenaar is a former county and city attorney with more than 25 years experience in representing and advising public entities. Dennis is a frequent presenter at national and regional Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) seminars and an accomplished author, with articles published in national magazines such as Public Risk, National Insurance Underwriter and Insurance Journal, covering topics ranging from law enforcement liability to jail practice and procedure claim liability.

Brad has worked more than 23 years in the insurance industry, almost exclusively in the public sector. Prior to joining OneBeacon in 2007, Brad spent 14 years in the public entity division of a national carrier in increasingly responsible regional and national roles. Brad is actively involved in developing coverage forms and products, monitoring trends for public entities and managing agent relationships. He also has extensive experience in public entity legal issues and claims management. Brad holds a Masters in Business and has achieved the AIC and SCLA designations.

Linda has worked exclusively in the public entity claims arena for the last 17 years of her more than 30 year insurance claims career. She previously worked in various capacities at national carriers such as Travelers, St Paul and Crum & Forster. Linda is experienced in working with both primary and excess insurance programs and has achieved the AIC and CPCU designations.

Joe brings 37 years of insurance industry experience, with 27 of those years dedicated exclusively to underwriting management of public entity insurance products and services. His professional background includes primary insurance programs, large accounts and assumed reinsurance for pooled public entities.
